Loyalty Points Policy

1. Overview

Issa Trading Ltd.'s Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Issa Trading Ltd. Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions (“Policy”).

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is limited to the individual who makes the qualifying purchase (“Purchaser”).

• The Purchaser must apply for and have a loyalty card on the Program that has been approved by Issa Trading Ltd.
• Employees or other categories of purchasers may be excluded at Issa Trading Ltd.’s discretion.

3. Earning Loyalty Points

• Points are earned solely by the Purchaser for qualifying purchases ("Points") and shall not be credited to the loyalty account of any other person.
• Points may not be shared, split, transferred, assigned, or combined with another individual’s account.
• Issa Trading Ltd. may change qualifying purchases, earning rates, or exclusions at any time.
• Points have no cash value.

4. Non-Transferability

Points are personal to the Purchaser and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, pooled, or shared.

5. Redemption

• Only the Purchaser who earned the Points may redeem them.
• Rewards and Point values are determined by Issa Trading Ltd. and may change at any time.

6. Program Modification and Termination

Issa Trading Ltd. reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including previously earned Points.

7. No Vested Rights

Points do not constitute property and do not create vested rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Issa Trading Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program.
